My Story

A British born Nigerian with a strong sense of both my identities, I have a passion for diversity and inclusive spaces. Brought up in a working class household, hard work and resilience was an everyday reality that blessed me with some key super powers.

I am multi passionate, multi ethnic and multi-generational. I love sitting at the intersection of so many things. It gives me energy and a unique perspective on life.

A seasoned media professional, I have watched the modern workplace go through volatile times. No longer prepared to be a bystander, I am on a mission to be the change I want to see. Using my portfolio skills in Client development, Governance, Employee resource management and coaching to transform company cultures.

Why I do this: I've been the woman sitting quietly in meetings, managing my identity while managing my workload. I've been the manager drowning between impossible demands and checked-out teams. And I've seen how one manager—someone willing to do this work differently—can transform entire organisations.
