My Story

As a Black woman who's spent over 20 years in the media industry, i have watched talented people—especially women—quietly check out of organisations that were never really built for them.

After redefining what success meant to me, I decided to stop witnessing the problem and start solving it.

Now as the founder of Fully Human and Co-founder of Join Our Table, I coach managers how to build cultures where women thrive—and I am building a community of women who refuse to settle for 'fine.'

An advocate for more joy in the workplace, my experience has allowed me to become an award winning change maker, a speaker and coach. A bold woman with a desire to help everyone find their brilliance.

Why I do this: I've been the woman sitting quietly in meetings, managing my identity while managing my workload. I've been the manager drowning between impossible demands and checked-out teams. And I've seen how one manager—someone willing to do this work differently—can transform entire organisations.
