Q: Are the programmes run in person or virtually?
A: Both options available. We recommend in-person for maximum connection and vulnerability, but virtual works well too.
Q: What if our managers are resistant?
Resistance is normal. We address it head-on in the program. Usually by week 3, skeptics become believers when they see their teams respond.
Q: Do you measure results??
Yes. Pre/post engagement surveys, psychological safety scores, retention tracking, manager self-assessments, and 360-degree feedback. We provide quarterly reports showing ROI.
Q: Can you customise for our organisation??
Absolutely. The core framework stays the same, but we tailor examples, challenges, and focus areas to your industry, culture, and needs.
Q: What's the investment??
£250-350 per manager for The Manager's Accelerator (minimum 8 managers). Team workshops are £3,000-5,000. Executive coaching is £175-250/session. All programs include measurement and reporting.
Q: What happens after the 6 weeks??
IOptional ongoing support available (£100/manager/month for alumni cohort check-ins). Many organizations run additional cohorts or team workshops as follow-up.
